Crystal Chen

Crystal Chen is a Business and Event Coordinator at Perry World House, where she supports in-house programming across the security and global justice and human rights pillars. She works with faculty, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate logistics and deliver events that foster dialogue on global issues.

Prior to this role, Crystal worked at Janney Montgomery Scott, where she bridged the learning and events teams, leading the planning and execution of programs for VIP clients and financial professionals, including continuing education initiatives for up to 1,000 attendees. She also supported diversity and inclusion programming at Fox Corporation and worked in human resources at BBC Studios, focusing on payroll and benefits, shaping her ability to manage complex programs and collaborate across teams.

Crystal was born and raised in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade with a minor in Communication from the University at Buffalo.
