Chris Díaz

Chris Díaz is the CEO and founder of Aspis Intelligence, an advisory firm dedicated to protecting clients’ critical technologies and strategic investments. He previously served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the Navy, where he advised senior leadership on strategy and policy while shaping the Department’s response to great power competition. A committed community leader, Chris founded and led Action Tank, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that empowers veterans to tackle civic challenges through innovative policy solutions and direct service. Throughout his diverse career, Chris has been consistently recognized for his leadership and proven ability to transform strategy into actionable results.
