Critical Conversations
Perry World House’s Critical Conversations event series aims to provide Penn students with direct dialogue with their professors, and other Penn-affiliated experts.
Perry World House’s Critical Conversations event series features panels of Penn-affiliated experts who can present information and their viewpoint to an audience of students before breaking for smaller salon-style dinners featuring a speaker and a group of students at each table to continue the conversation. The not-for-attribution format allows students to speak more freely, and connect with Penn professors as they think through big issues.
Previous topics include: how to live a virtuous life, what is your Penn education for, what is America’s role in the world, and how to exist in the age of misinformation.
PWH holds two Critical Conversations events per semester. Interested in joining the next one? Sign up for our mailing below.
