Aparajita (Pari) Rao

Pari is the climate change program manager at Perry World House and comes to PWH with extensive
experience in climate finance and multilateral negotiations. For three years, she worked at the International Peace Institute in New York, focusing on climate finance and supporting negotiations on behalf of small island states such as Palau and Maldives. Prior to this, she worked out of Singapore in the private sector on tech telecom implementation as a project manager. Academically, she holds an MPA in development practice from Columbia SIPA, an MSc in economics from Singapore Management University, and a BA in economics from Durham University.
