Global Career Week: International Internships
Want to spend next summer interning or conducting research abroad? Then the Global Research & Internship Program (GRIP) might be for you!
Attend this panel, led by Penn Abroad, to learn more about GRIP, which offers students the chance to gain professional work and research experience for eight to twelve weeks over the summer, while immersing themselves in another culture and country.
This panel, moderated by Zoraida Hu, Global Programs Coordinator at Penn Abroad, will feature Penn students who completed GRIP research programs and internships in the summer of 2022.
Please note that our Global Career Week events are in-person only and intended for Penn students.
Moderator
Zoraida Hu provides key support across Penn Abroad’s programs with an emphasis on internships and research opportunities, including the Global Research & Internship Program. She also supports the department’s strategic campus outreach as she connects and works with students planning for global experiences during their time at Penn. Prior to joining Penn Abroad, Hu worked as a graduate assistant for the Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center at Vanderbilt University, and an extern for the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion department. During her undergraduate years, she studied abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland, as well as Seville, Spain. Hu holds a BA in sociology from Colorado College and an MEd in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University.
