Thinking about pursuing an internship abroad? Join Amy Wei, Global Programs Manager with Penn Abroad, to learn more about the Global Research & Internship Program (GRIP) for Summer 2022.

An opportunity to intern or conduct research for 8-12 weeks over the summer, GRIP is a great way to gain professional work experience while immersing yourself in a culture and country abroad. Come prepared with questions!

SPEAKER

Amy Wei is a Global Programs Manager with Penn Abroad. She oversees the internships and research abroad portfolio, which includes the Global Research & Internship Program (GRIP) and Virtual Internships Abroad (VIA), and manages large-scale data and reporting on behalf of the office. She studied East Asian Studies at Johns Hopkins University and traveled abroad to Japan twice: once as a participant of the Kakehashi Project and again on a semester abroad at the University of Tokyo. Prior to coming to Penn, she served on the University Relations team at CISabroad, traveling to schools all throughout the Mid-Atlantic region to encourage students to explore opportunities abroad.
